How To Use

1. Format: Paste tab/comma: Gender, Name, Year, Club, Event, Time.

2. Generate: Click Generate, then go to Heat Sheet tab.

3. Heat Sheet: View seeded heats, reorder events, filter lanes. Save session & go to Results.

4. Results: Enter times, mark NS, rankings appear. Click empty lane for walk‑ons.

5. Walk‑ons: Use the red ✕ button in the Del column to remove them. Or open WalkOn.html on any laptop.

6. Export/Print: Use buttons for official program, results board, or timer sheets.

7. Live Mode: Go to the 🔴 Live tab, upload your meet, then scan the QR code with phones. Hit START RACE — phones get a big STOP button and the board shows the live clock.

8. One phone per lane: The system blocks duplicate lane connections. You can remove a phone from the Connected Phones grid if it lags.

9. No-show: Lane judges can tap the NO SHOW button on their phone if a swimmer does not appear.
